Official Rules

Effective September 26, 2026. Sponsored by Erio LLC.

1. Sponsor

   The giveaway is sponsored by Erio LLC ("Sponsor" or "Erio"), 1000 Brickell Avenue, Suite 715, PMB 1934, Miami, Florida 33131. Questions about the giveaway go to support@erio.ai or (786) 788-0486.

2. Eligibility

   The giveaway is open to owners and managers of home service businesses located in the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Home service businesses include roofing, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, painting, remodeling, cleaning, pest control, carpentry, power washing, HVAC, concrete, general contracting, commercial construction and similar trades. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway period

   The giveaway begins on September 26, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on October 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received after the Giveaway Period ends will not be counted.

4. How to enter

   Entering is free. To enter, visit the giveaway page during the Giveaway Period and submit the entry form with your name, your phone number and your email address. Each completed entry is one ticket in the drawing. Only one entry per business is allowed, no matter how many owners or managers the business has; if a business enters more than once, only the first entry counts. Entries that are incomplete, automated, duplicated or fraudulent will be disqualified.

5. Referral tickets

   After entering, each entrant receives a personal referral link. Each separate, eligible business that completes an entry through that link during the Giveaway Period adds one additional ticket to the referrer's total. There is no limit on the number of referral tickets an entrant can earn. Entering through your own link does not count, and referral credit goes only to the business whose link was used. Sharing a link by itself does not earn a ticket; the referred business must complete an entry. Sponsor may disqualify referral tickets it reasonably believes were obtained through fraud, fake entries or automation.

6. Winner selection and odds

   On or about October 11, 2026, Sponsor will draw one first-place winner at random from all tickets received. If the first-place winner entered through another entrant's referral link, the entrant who referred them also receives a first-place prize. If the first-place winner was not referred, only the first-place winner receives the first-place prize. No more than two first-place prizes will be awarded.

   Second-place prizes are awarded after the first-place drawing to entrants who did not win first place. More than one second-place prize will be awarded; Sponsor decides, in its sole discretion, how many second-place prizes to award and selects second-place winners at random from the remaining entrants.

   Odds of winning first place depend on the total number of tickets received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning a second-place prize depend on the number of eligible entrants and the number of second-place prizes Sponsor awards.

7. Prizes

   • First place. One custom website of approximately 20 to 30 pages designed and built by Erio for the winner's business, including lead capture forms, a calendar booking system, Google and Facebook review integration, publication of the winner's Facebook posts to the site, and search and AI search optimization, with an approximate retail value of $3,878. The first-place winner pays nothing for the website.
   • Second place. A $3,000 discount on the same custom website as the first-place prize, designed and built by Erio for the winner's business, with an approximate retail value of $3,878. A second-place winner pays $878 for the website. A second-place winner is under no obligation to accept the prize or to purchase anything.

   Prizes are not transferable and have no cash value. No substitution is allowed except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Any costs not listed here are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Winner notification

   Winners will be notified by telephone at the phone number provided on the entry form. Sponsor will begin calling within three days of the drawing and will make multiple call attempts over the following seven days. Sponsor may also send an email to the address provided as a backup, but the phone call is the primary method of notification. A winner must respond within seven days of the first call attempt. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond within seven days, is found ineligible or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may draw another winner. Sponsor may require a winner to confirm eligibility and to complete tax paperwork before a prize is delivered. Prizes may be taxable, and any taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

9. Publicity

   Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize means the winner allows Sponsor to use the winner's name, business name and city in connection with this giveaway, including on Sponsor's website and social media, without additional compensation.

10. Privacy

    Information submitted on the entry form is used to administer the giveaway and to contact entrants by phone, text message and email about the giveaway and Erio's services, as described in the Erio LLC Privacy Policy. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

11. General conditions

    By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the giveaway. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond its control affects the fairness or proper conduct of the giveaway. By entering, you release Erio LLC, its members, employees and agents from any claim or liability arising out of participation in the giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Winners list

    To receive the names of the winners, email support@erio.ai with the subject line "Giveaway winners" on or before November 10, 2026.

13. Not affiliated with Meta

    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. By entering, each entrant releases Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates from any and all liability arising out of or related to this promotion. Questions, comments or complaints about the promotion must be directed to the Sponsor, not to Meta.
